Everything you need to get started

Guides, API references, and tutorials to help you get the most out of Retnet AI.

🚀
Quick Start Guide
Get Retnet AI up and running in under 10 minutes
1
Create your account

Go to retnetai.com and click "Get started free". Enter your email and set a password. No credit card needed for the Free plan.

2
Set up your workspace

Give your workspace a name (usually your company name). Invite your team members by email — they'll get a link to join instantly.

3
Connect your first integration

Go to the Integrations page and connect Slack or Google Sheets (both are free). This takes about 2 minutes and gives Retnet AI your first data source.

4
Ask your first AI question

Open the AI Assistant tab and type a question like "What are our top tasks this week?" or "Summarise our revenue trend." The AI will respond using your connected data.

5
Explore your dashboard

Head to the Dashboard tab to see your KPIs, revenue charts, and activity feed — updated as you use the platform.

🔗
Integrations Setup
Connect Slack, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Gmail, Stripe and more
1
Navigate to Integrations

Click "Apps" in the bottom nav (mobile) or "Integrations" in the sidebar (desktop). You'll see all available connectors grouped by plan tier.

2
Toggle a connector on

Click the toggle switch on any connector to begin. For Free plan users, Slack and Google Sheets are immediately available. Starter and Growth connectors require an upgrade.

3
Authenticate

You'll be redirected to the service's login page (e.g. Google for Sheets, Salesforce for CRM). Log in and click "Allow" to grant Retnet AI read access.

4
Data sync begins

Retnet AI will immediately begin pulling data from the connected tool. Initial sync takes 1–3 minutes depending on how much data you have.

5
Use your data

Once synced, go to the AI Assistant and ask questions about the connected data — e.g. "What's our MRR from Stripe this month?" or "Who are our top leads in HubSpot?"

🤖
AI Assistant
Get the best results from AI chat and document uploads
1
Ask in plain English

You don't need special commands. Just type naturally — "What should I focus on today?", "Summarise last week's performance", or "Draft a follow-up email to our top 5 leads."

2
Upload documents

Click the upload icon to attach PDFs, CSV files, Word docs, or spreadsheets. Retnet AI will read and reference them in its answers throughout the conversation.

3
Use context toggles

Toggle on "Dashboard Data", "Integrations", or "Uploaded Docs" to control which data the AI uses when answering. Narrowing context gives more accurate results.

4
Follow up naturally

The AI remembers the full conversation. Say "Make it shorter", "What about last month instead?", or "Now turn that into a table" — it understands context from earlier messages.

Automations COMING SOON
Trigger-based workflows and scheduled automations without code
1
Go to Automations

Click "Automate" in the nav. You'll see your existing automations and their status (active/paused). Click the toggle to enable or disable any automation instantly.

2
Browse automation types

Retnet AI supports scheduled automations (e.g. daily 7AM report), trigger-based automations (e.g. new lead in CRM), and event-driven automations (e.g. payment received).

3
Set the trigger

Choose what kicks off the automation — a time schedule, a data threshold (e.g. revenue drops 10%), or an external event from a connected integration.

4
Define the action

Choose what happens — send a Slack message, generate an AI report, update a Google Sheet, send an email summary, or create a task for a team member.

5
Test and activate

Click "Test run" to simulate the automation without triggering live actions. Once satisfied, toggle it on — Retnet AI will run it automatically from that point forward.

📊
Analytics & Dashboards
Customise KPI dashboards and scheduled reports
1
Open Analytics

Click "Analytics" in the nav. You'll see your revenue chart, customer growth, AI performance metrics, and revenue-by-channel donut chart — all updated in real time.

2
Change date ranges

Use the time selector at the top right to switch between 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, and custom ranges. All charts update instantly.

3
Read the AI forecast

The revenue chart includes an AI-generated forecast line (shown in green). This is based on your historical data and trend analysis — updated weekly.

4
Set up scheduled reports

Go to Automations and create a new automation with action "Generate Analytics Report". Set the schedule (daily, weekly, or monthly) and destination (email or Slack).

👥
Team & Billing
