Do I need technical skills to use Retnet AI?

Not at all. Retnet AI is built for business owners and teams, not engineers. If you can type a question in plain English, you can use Retnet AI. Setup takes under 5 minutes and we have step-by-step onboarding to guide you through everything.
What types of documents can I upload?

Retnet AI supports PDF, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), CSV, and plain text files. You can upload financial reports, contracts, customer lists, meeting notes, product specs — anything your business uses. The AI reads and understands the content so you can ask questions about it naturally.
How accurate are the AI predictions?

Retnet AI uses Claude AI by Anthropic — one of the most capable AI models available. The quality of responses depends on the quality of information you provide. Like any AI, it works best when given clear, specific questions and specific business patterns. All predictions come with a confidence score so you always know how much to rely on them.
Is there really a free plan? What's the catch?

Yes — genuinely free, forever. The Free plan includes 50 AI messages per month, 1 document upload, and a basic dashboard. There's no credit card required and no hidden fees. It's designed to let you experience Retnet AI and decide if you want to upgrade to Starter ($29/mo) or Growth ($79/mo).
Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel any paid plan anytime from your account settings and you won't be charged again. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer discounts for startups or nonprofits?

Is my data safe with Retnet AI?

Security is our top priority. All data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest. We take security seriously and follow industry best practices. Critically: your data is NEVER used to train our AI models and is NEVER shared with third parties. You own your data completely.
Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored securely on our servers hosted in India. We follow industry-standard security practices to keep your data safe and ISO 27001 standards.
What tools does Retnet AI integrate with?

Retnet AI currently integrates with Slack, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Gmail, Stripe, Salesforce, QuickBooks, Notion and Zapier. More integrations are being added. Check our ier. If you need a specific integration, contact us — we typically build new connectors within 2–4 weeks for Growth plan customers.
Does Retnet AI have an API?

A developer API is on our roadmap and will be available to Growth plan customers. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it launches. In the meantime, workflows. API documentation is available at docs.retnetai.io. Starter plan customers can access a limited API with 1,000 calls/month.
