Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Retnet AI platform and services provided by Retnet AI, Inc. By creating an account or using Retnet AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Retnet AI. If using on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information, keep your password secure, and notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

Plans: Free, Starter ($29/month), and Growth ($79/month).
Billing: Paid plans are billed monthly. Payments processed via CCAvenue.
Upgrades: Take effect immediately with prorated billing.
Cancellations: Cancel anytime. Access continues until end of billing period. No partial refunds.
Price changes: 30 days' email notice before any price change.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use Retnet AI to violate any law, attempt unauthorised access, transmit malware or spam, reverse engineer the Service, resell access without permission, or use the AI to generate illegal or harmful content.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant Retnet AI a limited licence to process Your Content solely to provide the Service. We do not use Your Content to train AI models.

6. Intellectual Property

Retnet AI owns all rights to the platform, software, design, and features (excluding Your Content). These Terms do not grant you any right to use Retnet AI's trademarks or brand elements without written consent.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Integrations with third-party services (Slack, Google, Stripe, etc.) are subject to those services' own terms. Retnet AI is not responsible for third-party service availability or conduct.

8. Limitation of Liability

Retnet AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. AI outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account anytime from Settings → Account. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
