- Billing information: Payment details processed securely through CCAvenue. We never store your card number.
- Usage data: Features used, AI queries, pages visited, and time on platform.
- Connected data: Data from integrations you authorise (Slack, Google Sheets, Stripe, etc.).
- Uploaded documents: Files uploaded to the AI assistant, processed for the duration of your session.
- Device information: Browser type, OS, IP address, and referring URLs.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to provide and improve the Service, personalise AI responses, process payments, send product updates, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data to train AI models and we do not sell your data — ever.
3. Data Sharing
We share data only with: service providers who help operate the platform (bound by confidentiality agreements), integration partners as authorised by you, and authorities when required by law. We never sell data to advertisers or data brokers.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored using AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We conduct regular security audits and enforce role-based access controls across all internal systems. Servers are hosted in secure, SOC 2 Type II certified data centres.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
