Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Plans
Retnet AI offers monthly subscription plans — Free, Starter, Pro, Growth and Enterprise. All paid plans are billed monthly on the date of first payment. There are no annual commitments or lock-in periods.
Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled by the user prior to the renewal date.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account settings page within the Retnet AI dashboard. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
Upon cancellation, your paid plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan automatically — you will not lose access to your account or data.
To cancel, go to Dashboard → Account → Subscription → Cancel Plan. If you face any difficulty, email us at admin@retnetai.com and we will process the cancellation within 24 hours.
3. Refund Policy
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
Technical failure: If you were charged but were unable to access the service due to a technical error on our platform, you are eligible for a full refund for that billing period.
Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a payment processing error, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
Refund within 7 days: If you subscribed to a paid plan and have not used the service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment.
Refund requests must be submitted to admin@retnetai.com with your registered email address and order/transaction ID. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Cancellation after the 7-day window where the service has been used
Partial month usage — subscriptions are billed monthly and not pro-rated
Forgetting to cancel before the renewal date
Dissatisfaction with AI output quality — we encourage you to use the Free plan to evaluate before upgrading
5. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through CCAvenue, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Retnet AI does not store your card or bank details.
Payments are accepted in INR (Indian Rupees) via Net Banking, UPI, Credit Card and Debit Card. Prices displayed on the website are in USD for reference. The INR equivalent is charged at checkout at the prevailing conversion rate.
6. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades
You may upgrade your plan at any time. The new plan takes effect immediately and you will be charged the new plan amount at the next billing cycle.
Downgrading to a lower plan or the Free plan takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
